With more than 50 group fitness classes every week we offer something for all ages and abilities. Whether you enjoy cardio, spin, yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, or even Brazilian Ju-Jitsu we’ve got you covered along with much more! Check out our Group Fitness Schedule and come in for a class.
- Change of Heart - This lifestyle change support program provides group exercise and education for individuals who are at risk for, or have a history of, cardiovascular disease.
- Change of Mind - An exercise and support program for participants with early stage dementia and their support person. Program consists of 45 min of instructor led group fitness followed by 45 min of social/educational time. For more information email Sue_Theriault@ymca.ca
- Forever Fit - Elderobics - Increase your flexibility and energy levels with fun, basic fitness classes for men and women over 55. Classes incorporate low-impact movements that are gentle on the joints and spine and are held in nine convenient locations throughout HRM. To view our brochure click here.
